At Myndset Therapeutics, we specialize in supporting individuals navigating Neurodivergency, including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Together with Darren Aiello, a Reiki Master and certified Life Coach, our mission is to remove the barriers that often stand in the way of receiving support.

We are committed to creating a nurturing environment where individuals, couples, and families can access the tools and knowledge they need to build and sustain healthier relationships—with themselves and with others. Above all, we strive to cultivate a space where you feel empowered to embrace and express your authentic self.
Our Story
At Myndset Therapeutics, our journey began with a shared vision: to revolutionize mental health services with compassion, innovation, and a commitment to empowering others. As co-founders and spouses, Tim and Darren Aiello bring together over two decades of combined experience, blending expertise and dedication to individual well-being.

​Tim, a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in adult ADHD and Autism, draws deeply from his personal experiences as an Autistic and ADHD adult. His journey fuels a passion for helping neurodivergent individuals embrace their authenticity, navigate life with independence, and rediscover joy.

​Darren, our Administrative Director, began his career as a Reiki Master and evolved into a certified Life Coach with a diverse skill set. His lifelong dedication to assisting others is reflected in his ability to guide individuals toward meaningful self-expression and fulfillment.

​At Myndset Therapeutics, we honor the unique stories and strengths of every individual we serve. We offer a wide range of ADHD-specific services, including evaluations, diagnosis, therapy, coaching, consulting, and clinical trainings.
